Terms & Conditions

DEPOSIT & LESSON RESERVATION:

By placing a deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

Our calendar fills up quickly, therefore we cannot hold your lesson without a 50% deposit.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your lesson date.

If booking less than 7 days before your lesson date, the balance must be paid in full to book. The lesson will not take place unless full payment has been received.

OTHER FEES:

Online payments include 3.5% processing fee.

LATE PAYMENTS:

Payments made after the balance due date will incur a Late Fee of 20% of the total lesson cost (before processing fees).

MARKETING MATERIALS:

By booking with Double or Nothing Two-Step, you agree to allow us to take and use photos from your event for promotional purposes.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

Shoud you need to cancel, a full refund will be offered up to 7 days prior to your event.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled lesson will be charged a Cancellation Fee of 20% of the total lesson cost (before processing fees).

The lesson will not take place unless full payment has been received.

LIABILITY

Each guest agrees to dance at their own risk. Double or Nothing Two-Step is not responsible for injuries.

LATE ARRIVAL & MISSED LESSON POLICY:

We kindly ask that you arrive on time to get the most out of your lesson! If you’re running late, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to extend your session. If we are able to accommodate extra time, additional fees will apply.

‼️ Please take into account Austin's notoriously bad traffic, especially if traveling with a large group. Should your group be late and/or completely miss your scheduled lesson, no discount or refund will be given.
